What's not to love about this soap? One of my top sellers. With its rich aroma, this bar is a favourite amongst Lavender lovers. The word lavender comes from the Latin word which means "to wash". Ancient Romans used the the plant to scent their bath water, and so its no wonder that this plant has kept its popularity over the centuries. And now, we have the capabilities of making it into a wonderful bar of soap with its calming aroma that works to sooth, while gently cleansing and nourishing the skin. Gentle enough for babies to adults.
All soaps are made with natural raw honey, beeswax, and organic ingredients whenever possible, and I also sometimes may use either essential oils, natural fragrance oils, or even spices to create the unique scents. And when I can't find the essential oils I need, then I purchase natural fragrance oils from trusted Canadian companies. I use natural colourants from herbs, spices, and even from herbs/plants that I've wildcrafted and dried myself. For the rare colours which are harder to create, I purchase the colours again from Canadian soap suppliers, that are extracted from the earth.
Note: Each soap recipe is handmade so therefore, the end results of each bar may not always look exactly like the photo provided, while the ingredients remain the same.
